Federal Realty is known for high-quality retail-based real estate in the States and they have developed some wonderful locations. One of their newest endeavors is 909 Rose and it’s really an experience to work, live and play in. They asked us to help them provide content that could be used to attract potential suitors for their swanky new mixed use development and we were were excited to partner with them. We had a great time filming and integrating drone footage as well as time lapses for this particular project.
