When our friends at Blue Engine Message and Media wanted a pointed, rational way to say coal-fueled power plants have a choice to comply with EPA regulations, they asked us to create an animation in the “whiteboard” genre. We enlisted popular cartoonist Teresa Roberts Logan to lend her clever hand to the project.
